Our team can drive to your office, or the client can bring their team to our studio.
Invite guests or speakers to join your branded conference via video call and share it with the world.
In our studio we can propose a couple of variants: standard in the Conference room and advanced in the Pavilion.

Standard conference setup

The standard setup for a conference is good for education, medicine, charity or social organisations, or small business presentations.
For 5 or fewer speakers, we propose a Conference room in our office.
3 cameras, 2 cameraman,
LED panels, 4 lavalier microphones, and a technician.
4 channel video mixer and Broadcast director.
Monoblock PC, 43″ inch TV and clicker for client presentation files.
While lecterning, use a whiteboard and markers to draw.

In total, we have up to 5 people in the studio. We can switch between 3 cameras, capture the screen of a representative computer, and invite guests or speakers through a video call.

Advanced conference setup

The advanced setup for the conference is good for scientists, IT or business associations.
For an advanced setup, we propose the Pavilion in our studio. Here we can build different zones for guests.

Big green screen wall and real-time chroma keying for presentation in a virtual studio.
Up to 8 guests in studio and unlimited guests through video call.
The team includes the Broadcast director, 2 cameramen, sound engineer, VJ, technician, and administrator.

Time terms

The minimum rental time for a conference is 3 hours.
The rental period begins at the reservation time.
2 hours of recording and broadcast.

Location

The studio is based in the historical city center of Kyiv, close to Lvivska Square.
The studio complex includes a pavilion, a small studio with a makeup table, a conference room in the office, a control room with a sound booth, a cafe, a kitchen, two toilets and a shower.
The production office has 3 independent entrances and parking. Guests can visit the studio incognito by parking their car and going in the back door.
